At the beginning of the class:
Seiretsu = Line-Up
Seiza = Kneel-Down
Mokuso = Close-Your-Eyes
Kaimoku = Open-Your-Eyes
Shomen-Ni-Rei = Bow-Forward
Sensei-Ni-Rei = Bow-To-The-Instructor
Kiritsu = Stand-Up
Rei = Bow

At the end you of the class:
Seiretsu = Line-Up
Seiza = Kneel-Down
Mokuso = Close-Your-Eyes
Kaimoku = Open-Your-Eyes
Recite Dojo-Kun (Dojo code) somebody will lead then whole class repeat.
